Q-bitz Jr.It's the fun and learning of Q-bitz for a younger audience! Players recreate patterns using their 4 colored cubes in round 1. For round 2 they can roll their cubes for more luck and excitement. Can be played individually at one's own pace or against others for competition. |

The game comes with four sets of four blocks, each with a stand. It also has cards with examples to make with the blocks. We play the game by turning over a card and trying to match the design. The great thing is that you can randomly put blocks together and then use one of the other set to make the design that appears. I also liked that the instructions include other ways to play and match the pieces. This is a great challenging game for children and their parents. I would recommend it for a good gift, as well.
I do think its a bit overpriced though.
The "no reading required" aspect is important since my younger son is 5 and is nit yet reading. Finding games he and my older son can play together has been a little challenging and this does the trick. My 9 year old loves this game just as much as my younger son.
You will not regret this purchase!
Purchased for my 5 year old granddaughter.
She was thrilled and we had fun playing.
Can also be played by oneself.
Love these mentally challenging games !
Does the brain good 😊!

On round one - players rotate the cubes in thier hands in order to match the picture on the cards. On round two - players roll the dice each time, taking only the matching cubes and then reroll until the card is matched.
In the regular Q-bitz game there is a third round where players study the card for a minute and then flip it over and try to recreate the pattern from memory. For a challenge, this round can be added to this game as well.
Lots of fun - great competition as you race fellow players to complete the pattern!
